1. Envisioning the Future – Leadership Workshop

• Date: Saturday, 8 February 2025
• Details: This workshop will kick off the year by setting the tone for each participant’s self-leadership journey. All Youth Hut members, including Teenagers and Youth Fellows, are required to attend.

2. Leadership Seminars (Online)

• 1. Building Confidence for Teens and Youths – Saturday, 29 March 2025
• 2. Integrity and Ethics – Saturday, 24 May 2025
• 3. Social Responsibility and Civic Engagement – Saturday, 28 June 2025
• 4. Time Management – Saturday, 25 October 2025
• 5. Emotional Intelligence – Saturday, 6 December 2025

         The leadership seminars will be held online at 5.00 P.M CET. Members will receive online link via email.

3. Masterclass on the Eleven Principles of Learning – Inspired by John C Maxwell “Sometimes You Lose, Sometimes You Learn, for Teens”.

• Date: Saturdays in July (5, 12, 19, and 26), each session lasting 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Details: A four-week masterclass focusing on the eleven principles of learning. Open to non-participatory members, with the opportunity to become participatory after the masterclass.

4. Summer Break

• Date: 1 July – 31 August 2025
• Details: Participatory members will take a break. No leadership seminars will be held in September due to the new school year beginning in the UK.

5. Volunteer Opportunities

• Details: Teens and youths can volunteer for up to four times per year at organizations like old people’s homes, refugee centers, children’s shelters, soup kitchens for the homeless, and similar causes. This will encourage consistent community engagement and giving back. More and further information will be sent via email.

6. Fun Time – Day Retreat

• Date: At least once in 2025
• Details: A day retreat to allow teens and youths to socialize, have fun, and get to know each other. This could include activities like bowling, watching a movie, or spending time at a park.
• The fun time day will be organized in each region/country with participatory members presence.

7. General Assembly Meeting will be held online on 15 November 2025 at 11 a.m.

These activities are designed to foster leadership skills, community engagement, and personal growth while also providing fun and social opportunities for Youth Hut members throughout the year.
